Message makes you lucky. There's no degree of research you could have done that some of us didn't do that would have prevented you from conducting business with any of these guys and not get burned, or else be able to tell they weren't legit. We all realize from your posts you're clearly a perfect individual without any real experience with hardships or mishaps, so if you please, let us morons just be at peace instead of hammering on all the lesser mortals for their imperfections. (And we'll also disregard the fact that you almost caught yourself in a trap by admitting you'd been burned before, then reneging that comment by saying it was in fact your father, one of which must have been a lie)

On a lighter note, your first quote doesn't make sense because it's referring to someone who has been burned by the same individual several times. This is clearly independent and far from the same meaning as you intended, as you used the quote to insinuate being in the same situation, which in this case would be conducting business. I highly doubt that after being burned once, any individual would just completely cease to conduct business altogether online. See why nobody here seems to be backing you up? (Hint: you don't make valid arguments or points)

The second quote clearly doesn't make sense because you aren't lucky because you're prepared, you're just plain lucky. Period. On top of that, it doesn't make sense in this context because we weren't "unlucky" because we were unprepared, we were unfortunate because humans can be scumbags, and we chose to have faith in some that proved to be just that.

Every day you choose to have faith in people you most likely can't trust. You get in your car and drive to school, or to the store (but not work, because you clearly don't work), and you must have faith that the other drivers aren't going to slam into your car. You have faith that someone isn't going to walk into your building and start shooting students for whatever reason. We know we have this faith, because we actually do these things, and we wouldn't if we were fairly convinced that the majority of people were untrustworthy of providing us with a safe environment. We'd most likely be hunkered down in our homes, with weapons out awaiting the loonies to pillage us.

That being stated, you saying you're "prepared" because you simply don't conduct business with other tt.net members is invalid. You're not prepared, you're just a pansy. In the meantime, the rest of us are living our lives and going about our business normally, and every once in a while someone does something stupid that hurts others, and in this case it happened to forum members and we're simply communicating about it.

But we're all very sorry to be such Neanderthals toward you, as I said before, we know you're perfect.

Cheers,
JBrobst
