Do you get to know each seller on a personal level in order to judge their integrity before doing business? If every member made a post asking how honest someone is before buying anything on here, we'd be flooded with junk. Sometimes even a turd can looked polished. He did not get fooled by graffiti 5 times. He got fooled by 5 different people that probably all looked convincing by more than just hit count. I'm willing to bet nobody expected Milo to do what he did back in the day. Same for AMZ. Sometimes is just happens. All you can do is not use that seller again and warn others. I don't have the time to go back and forth with someone for a week or 2 before making a purchase of used goods. I doubt anybody does.
