Message	She was basically stuck with no car, so I helped out with a down payment, with the understanding of monthly re-payments. At the end of the day, it just wasn't worth the aggravation to keep chasing her down and listening to excuses about why I wasn't getting paid. I even mentioned that if she couldn't make the payment that month to just say so. Instead I was always trying to get ahold of her. I just cut my ties and never associated with her again. Friends were always pushing me to try and get my money, but again, after all is said and done, I was just happier putting it behind me and moving on. And I understand what really bothers you probably isn't so much the money, but the principle. It could have been $50. But nobody ever wants to feel like they were cheated or taken advantage of.
