Message	file a claim with paypal if you used them. If you used a credit card dispute the charges. If paypal finds in your favor, they can work on recovering your money. I filed one, he has until the 4th to respond, if not, paypal will decide in my favor. First you have to file a dispute, then you can escalate it to a claim.
