Message If the motor was toast, you salvaged the front bumper. Now you just gotta find out why the motor leaked 3 quarts of oil. I'd diagnose that now. Be it motor rebuilt craftsmanship, install error, something. Good news is your turbos might not be toast, provided they got some oil and you weren't boosting. They still had water cooling them, so there's a chance they're ok.

In a shitty situation, I'd say you came out the best you could. Your bodywork is still intact I trust? How'd you get it home after the motor blew?

There's a difference between thinking out side the box and fitting your car with an illegal (and, in my opinion only, fugly) bumper. Yes, no turn signals are illegal. In every state.

I never claimed to not be a dick. In fact, asshole was my middle name in college.
