Message	Weight is 13lbs, much less than 2 turbos would weigh. That's the weight of 1 turbo, but paypal doesn't want to lean my direction if item is only "significantly different than described." They asked if the item was: 1. Not delivered 2. Significantly different than described 3. Only partially delivered (part/s was/were missing) and a slew of others that fit my situation. They only look at a claim if it wasn't delivered, so that's what I chose. But they can try to say it was delivered, even though what I paid for really wasn't. Cheers, JBrobst
