Did you notice your times declining from run to run? As much as I hate line-ups and waits, I found ~20 min between runs tended to be ideal to allow some cool down time. (However, if I waited too long I'd also tend to fall out of the "zone" and forget what I did or was trying to improve on from the previous run. d'oh!)
