I really don't know. I ordered the lights from Coz, we discussed shipping and agreed on Fedex air, he calculated a rate and I sent my payment. A fairly hefty shipping payment at that, but I knew it would be expensive, and i didn't want the two-week later brokerage bill in the mail thing they are so fond of doing.
Yesterday, Marcia from Fedex calls and starts haraunging me about value of shipment. She wants to know country of origin for the shipment, 'actual' vs 'declared' value, and who is the shipper, are they a company, an individual, how much annually do I buy from them, who am I, what are these items, do I resell them... on and on.

She won't give me the value declared, and I certainly don't know what it is, nor am I about to guess. I talked to Coz, who seemed surprised and I gave him the contact for her at Fedex.
Good customer relations they got there. I'll just wait and see what arrives.
