After switching out with a complete new rear assy I found that the majority of my slop was in my outer CV joints on my axles. The rear diff even after almost 200k is pretty tight still. The outer CV's on the other hand have lots of play in them, which they should not.
I think alot of my driveline chatter was caused by the rear axles. After replacing my entire rear subframe/axle/diff my car now has no driveline chatter at all and almost zero wheel hop.
