I am running the hoses for my Profec B right now and I when I tried to run the boost source hose along with the wiring harness for the profec b through the same hole in the driver's side firewall I am having problems fitting them all. I can easily fit the original boost hose and the profec wiring harness wires through the grommet, but when I go to pull the new hose for the profec b through the hole it will not fit without pulling the grommet through and making the hoses rub against bare metal. (not good!) so my question is, instead of running an entirely new separate hose for the profec b's boost source, can I just tee off the hose on the inside(cabin of the car) that I already have there running the boost gauage? Will that cause inaccuate readings on the gauge or prevent to profec b from controlling the boost properly if booth are connected to the same boost hose from the engine?
