| taken over smog like in CA, sitting around $4k for a decent 300zx. I kinda look back at HS values and most of those cars have held there values when I look them up now. CA smog is going to ruin the 1976-1995 Z's over the next couple years though. They are going to do fuel leak testing which will jack up the price for smogs and also if there is leaks in your system with the test it wont pass, and we all know every now and then there is a small leak. I spoke to 2 different shops and they say roughly 70-90% of cars in those years will fail and smog hippies win. but yeah $4k range I would think. A pristine one will be worth the same probably.
