Message	that attach to your aluminum support. If these arent in place, either yours ripped off, or the shield wasnt put back properly after a bumper removal. Picture has 2 Pops, you obviously have one. The top ends of the T- fitting have a clamp each that can be loosened to enable positioning of the pop charger properly, which should be slightly at an angle downwards (pretty much flush with a properly mounted intake shield). If you are able to attach the shield onto the Pop charger, and two of the holes are matched (and should be mounted) onto the lower part of the aluminum support, you are fine. ***** My alarm? Yes, it's in my glovebox.
