That looks very fixable, it appears none of the frame structure or suspension is involved and will therefore be easy to restore to perfect condition. that fender does not need to be replaced. call around to junkyards for the hatch and rear bumper, you should be able to do better than $4000 for good parts. use new nissan parts for the welded body parts and it'll be as good as new. Keep in mind that 90% of the people who express an opinion on this site don't know a thing about cars. I've repaired wrecked cars for years and would definitely fix this one. The only damage that causes real problems is when the suspension and frame are heavily involved. I would get several other quotes and keep in mind everything is negotiable. If you ask around at a body shop there are usually body men/painters who will do the work on the side for 1/2 price or less. If you want to bring the car to ohio I could help you out.
