When I first bought my TT, the previous owner said it had a massive boost leak and that he thought the intake manifold was the culprit. It ended up being a disconnected vac. hose in the back of the engine, along with 4 other misc. leaks and 3 major ones from my dry rotted intake hoses. My advice for you is to buy a Boost leak tester. If you don’t already have one look here: [ http://www.twinturbo.net/net/viewmsg.aspx?forum=classified&msg_id=120453 ] < for me, it's worth its weight in gold. Also you'll need an air compressor or a good electric tire inflator to build 5psi of pressure. If it is the turbo hoses you might try tightening them first. Shoot me an e-mail if you need any help I’m fairly good about responding quickly. Also if your still having problems let me know I think the wife and I are going to be making a trip up to OKC for the state fair this weekend and I might be able to stop buy and let you barrow my boost leak tester and just pick it back up on my way home. Good luck!
