Message	In California anyway, you can go to the Auto Club and have your speedo tested. They have these mobile dynos that they strap you onto for a few minutes. With written proof that the speedo is off, you can successfully get out of a speeding ticket provided you weren't still blatantly speeding even with the inaccuracy. Again, that's in Cali.
