Subject	brake question...

Message	this may sound like a dumb question but when installing a slotted rotor does the direction of the slot have anything to do with which way it mounts. Some kid told me this weekend that my rotors were on wrong and I thought for sure he was wrong but now that i look at that last post of the 350z brake kit on zgene4's z and then looking into other brake pics could i be wrong? is there any advantages/disadvantages to mounting them either way? just a interesting thought i guess...
