It's making a set that clears all the power steering and a/c lines, the a/c condensor, radiator, etc. In case you didn't notice, all those parts I just mentioned were made with the demensions to fit around the stock IC pipes. In other words, there isn't a whole lot of wiggle room without removing at least the a/c system. Ash doesn't have the A/C system at all and a custom radiator, thus it fits without much hassal. Probably the best way to go would be to build them around a stock TT with a koyo or howe. Pipe routing might actually be easier using different path's than the oem setup. That said, I'm kind of doubtful if the 2.5in pipes are worth all that hassal.
