we stock. We carry a 98+ tranny with a different part number from that. If you order one from Z1 it's an actual 98+ tranny brought direct from Japan. We are the only place in the country getting that transmission. We are told specifically that no one else is bringing the Z32 trans in with that part #. Most of the boxes still have the Japanese writing on them. The part number you have is a superceeded part number for the 89-95 tranny. The 40P00 changed to a 45P61 in the part number. This is all information coming directly off the Nissan Dealer computer system and from our Dealer. There has been time and effort put into getting this transmission and stocking it here at Z1. We have to buy through a dealer as anyone that is not a dealer does. That means one of the whore dealerships (like you are dealing with) can and will undercut us because they simply pay less for them. They can and are undercutting all the sponsors of this site. None of the sponsors here are Nissan dealers. Of course the handful of dealers that choose to whore out OEM parts online way below list prices is good for the consumers but bad for Z specific businesses that depend on a little mark-up to be able to stay in business and keep these types of items in stock, etc. It's completely your choice to beleive what I am saying, but we know the truth of that matter and that is really all that is important to us.
