Message	don't mean to be harsh. You need to be a little smarter, your car now has a flooded car title. It will not be worth much after all is said and done. Meaning after all these upgrades and $$KKK of dollars you still would have a nice car with a flooded vehicle title.. I would sell it and get a real clean Z. OR just make it nice enough for it to run and thats it. Your choice but sorry in making you wakeup from your dream......at the end its your choice and your money.....A bad title can mean thousands on resale value....... Get a beater and save the money...........put it in a CD or savings account.
