Message	is issued. The remains clean. My car was "totalled" due to hydolock 4 years ago and I bought the car back. Replaced the engine, then took the car to my agent's office, he peaked out the window at it, said "well, looks like your driving it so it must work." and reissued a policy - at the same rate I was paying before the "total" too. Actually worked out really well for me.
