Keep it under 50/55
Run midgrade octane for a nice 1mpg gain.
Keep boost set very low when running midgrade.
Try not to idle for long periods of time.

I've repeatedly gotten 27+mpg by driving intelligently, drafting ALL vehicles at safe distances (mostly 18wheelers),

And most importantly, if you stay in the right hand lane, your mpg will go up 5 to 10%. This quite factual, as you tend to drive smarter, safer, and slower.

Oh, the camber thing is reducing rolling resistance, just like tire pressure and narrower tires.
