Message	to lose your license, because one its reckless driving, two it was racing...which is frowned upon by the law...I'm guessing they didnt give you the option to pay the ticket off or appear in court...In VA its 3.00 for every mph over...as for the insurance it will still go on your record after you go to court...because it will be reported to DMV and they will contact you insurance.. "I dont know shit"
