Be sure to take photos and gather any info you can pertaining to the Title Issue (eg: Police Reports, Affidavits, etc.) That way, if you sell her you can show potential buyers that it was a pretty minor issue.....not frame damage, etc. I bought mine with a Reconstructed Title. Then I did some digging and obtained official papers from the Texas DOT showing the car was stolen and no collision damage took place. Only had a few part stripped off. The reason for the Recon Title was because the car was gone for over 30 days, so State Farm Insurance declared a total loss and paid the owner off. The car was recovered a few months later. Again, no collision damage at all. I have all my documents in place, which should be helpful if I sell her. GPA
