Message	that way people will see who was trying to make things go smoothly and who was being an ass. only way to get anybody to take your side, if he was indeed at fault. but, like toyluver said, you might find 1 or 2 other people like you that couldnt wait and STEVE decided to not do business with them, but mostly just people saying how satisfied they were with his service
