| tires and have state of the art equipment there would be next to no risk. I changed hundreds of tires working for a full service gas station during the '70s with very crude equipment and never came close to damaging a tire. Commonly a business wants to "get you in the door" Take care of me this time and while I am there convince me that I should buy my next set from them. Call it advertising. If you have messed up enough tires to have a policy about it, perhaps you need better training for your employees. Suffice it to say, knowing what I know now, it it unlikely I will ever trust them with my wheels. It is a lot easier to ruin a wheel than a tire on a tire machine. KK
