Message I had the same radiator, it moves when you push on it. It takes a decent amount of force, but it's a fundamentally bad idea to use rubber plumbing as a integral support member. Rubber hose flexes.

Put your fan shroud on and see what happens under acceleration without support. The fan will hit it, because the radiator is moving.
