HICAS is a major feature of the TT, it indisputably enhanced the car's handling, which can be quantified in certain aspects, and those numbers tend to go up and up on better and better handling cars. Like I told Jay, it's a barometer for the car's handling not the end all. And judging by the amount it fudges the Z's #'s it is certainly a "major" feature, all perceptions of it aside.
