Its clean but needs a real detail. polish.
I would consider having the lip painted as it looks like it really needs it and it cant be that expensive. All and all you have a very sought after z but it looks like its in less than perfect shape with a non 95 engine. I think thats why you've had trouble with the sale. Try fixing all the little things because it just looks like it hasnt been cared for.
