SOMEONE PLEASE TELL ME HOW YOU LOOSE 50 LBS OF TTOPS AND NOT KNOW ABOUT IT???????? OR HOW YOU DONT KNOW IF YOU SHIPPED IT??????? AND IF YOU SHIPPED IT WHY YOU DONT HAVE A TRACKING NUMBER????
well I have given him the benifit of a doubt and I waited as long as I could. I apreciate the words some of you spoke on TT.Net for this guy but I am sorry, the verdict is in!!! Robert Nelson Jr. ZBob, the owner of Zpartnorthseast with the email of Zpartnorthseast.com is a LIAR!!!!!! Where should I start?
I did not give too many details in the beggininng becasue I did not want to bad mouth the guy who I was in business with. After all, I decided to start business with him and i wanted my parts. But that has now ended with more lies. Can any of you tell me how do you not know if you sent a 50 lb package of cherry red T-Tops ups? Can any of you tell me how you do not have some means of getting a tracking number to offer to your client if you sent something UPS? But This was not the final straw!!!!! What is soooooooo Jacked up about it is that He knew He did not send it in the first place!!!! I did not catch it until two days ago when after an extended amount of time three weeks after he told I would receive my parts) I noticed the package that I was tracking from him was only 10lbs! Huge flag!!!!! Welll I call him on it and he tells me this,,,, "Oh I never ship T-tops with (what i was having him send some side mirrors) anything else" . Said confidently, so I ask him for the tracking number for the T-top He sent. Here comes the same ol song and dance bull----!!!! He says this,, " OH i have to find it. I have sent sooo many parts out that I dont know where it is". This right after he tries to give me the same tracking number for the mirrors. which I had memorized from looking for my parts for the last three weeks!!!!!! then I ask him catagorically, did you send me the T-tops? He says," Yes"!. Then it changes to I dont remember, then,, I have to check with my driver. " Who the hell is his driver?? All this after three weeks to a month ago he tells me he has all my parts in his truck and he is taking them as we speak to be shipped. Even so, If he had sent the daum Ttop and all the rest of my stuff then He would know it right? Well He tells me then he has to wait for his driver to get back in three hours to talk with him about the missing ttops. Where did this guy come from??????!!!!!!! So again i want my parts so I give him the benifit of a doubt. He tells me he will call me back(that has not happened) and when I again call him he does not even mention his driver at all. "WT@@@@@@@@@!!!!!! did you talk to him are you even looking?!!!!!!!!!" Do you care that you have lied to me from day one and have not done anything according to good business etiquite? So then he tell me ( I am still talking about ZBOB, Robert Nelson Jr.) He can't find a tracking number because his computer system is new and he has to talk to the guy who installed the system to figure it out. All Bull!!@!#@#!!!!!! So then he tells me it is my fault becasue i told him to ship my my stuff Grey Hound!!! I did not even know you could ship packages via GH!!!! So the other package that He did ship (so he said) via GH, My fender, Cherry red pearl, front DS. It is still sitting somewhere in NJ. because he was too cheap to pay three extra dollars to get out on the next bus. this after he has already lied about when he shipped my stuff in the first place. You would think He would at least have some form of fair play and do a little to gt it to me in the most expedient time frame after all his knowingly LIEING to me!!!!! IT was only 3 more bucks!!!!! And that stuff about another 45 minutes to ship it all at once!!!! Tell me what company would make you wait 45 minutes to ship a group of packages and then make you wait another 45 miutes to ship one package from the same group?? Even if that was the case, BOB chose the place to ship from. He should have done it regardless!!!! OH yea, He did not ship the stuff at all!!!! Until after I posted the last time!! Yet he tells me it will be here last Saturday (three weeks after he told my he had originally shipped it). So I go down there ( cause i am stupid and just want my parts) and I am told it wont be in till Tuesday the 14th. No biggie as long as it is coming that is all I have wanted since I started to get my parts!!!! DAUM I sent the guy money over a month ago!!!!! So now i am getting pissed again and know that I have to protect myself. So I run a trace on the package (at GH) and it is still in NJ and or it does not exist becasue they can not find it in their system. Probably a number from some old packge he found. So I tell him we are finished becasue for the 500.00 dollars I sent him for two ttops with the key to lock them, two side mirrors working and in excellent condition, and one DS front fender all in Cherry Red Pearl, all I have received are a SH-- load of lies, excuses and two White Pearl mirrors!!!!!!! I have asked him to return my money, all $500.00 bucks. That wont cover the total cost as I sent him money Western Union so that I could get my parts sooner. Nor will it cover the gas i used driving to look for parts that he did not send.
I am sorry for posting this garbage but I can only inform others no to do business with Robert Nelson Jr., ZBOB, Zpartsnortheast! Maybe if I was there in person I would have received what I was promised. Perhaps one of you who knows the guy can ask him to do the right thing.
I will send some pics of what i was promised and then what i received and the dates that show what I am sying is true. He is a liar and now I only hope he will send my money knowing that if he does not send it Western Union I will not get it back. Because He will blame it on shipping, the mail, or whatever means he uses to ship it.
I have more to say and will share more about Bob every day till I get either my parts or my money. SOMEONE PLEASE TELL ME HOW YOU LOOSE 50 LBS OF TTOPS AND NOT KNOW ABOUT IT???????? OR HOW YOU DONT KNOW IF YOU SHIPPED IT???????
