If you do have the JUN cam gears they are adjustable, which means you have to be able to get to them, therefor you should not have the cam gear covers on. That's the whole point of those gears, to be able to adjust the cams when you dyno. If they did install the gears, and they are set to some wrong setting, that could be part of your problem. You need to find out what gears you have. If they are the JUN gears, than they need to be set to "0" until you are at a dyno tune session with someone who knows what they are doing. Obviously if Stillen put on the JUN gears and installed the covers over them, they don't know what they are going.
