Message	once its heated up it peels off pretty easily ... but it leave an adhesive w/ a foam of some sort on it ... I had to peel the foam from the adhesive (which rubbed my fingers raw) .. and then sprayed some goo gone on the adhesive and let it sit for a minute .. then just wiped it off with a sponge. time consuming .. but long overdue
