Those were made for Randy Roth by a friend of his. They are 2.5" and flair up to 3 inch at the very end to fit a 3 inch test pipe. The pipe looks like it was cut clean and does not really look like a break.....If it did break the weld had no penetration at all. I believe Randy said the guy that built those was a Nascar fabricator.
