I want to hook up and check it out. Maybe I just had a bad JL audio experience. But I haven't heard a good JL audio amp. I HAD a JL audio 250 x 1 sub amp (came with the car) and I heard those were supposed to be good. It bites. Tryed it with several drivers. All sounded like crap. My punch 150 sounded better, and now I run a US AMPS USA400 on my sub. I Have not heard a class AB full range JL audio amp, but people on this sight keep boasting about them. Also how in gods name can you get large enough drivers in the doors to have enough volume and full sound with no back speakers? I have been a car stereo avocate/audiophile since 1977, have won several competitions back in the 80's. There is no way to get a great full sounding system with only front door speakers in a Z. I have a Soundstream 10.0 class A on my fronts, and have tried everything. I run top quality ADS components front and rear. There is no way I can get satifying full sound from JUST the fronts. Maybe I have higher standards. Dying to hear a great JL audio system, or a system with only fronts that someone THINKS sounds good.
