Message Well I have delayed on posting any information on the suspension mods I have done.

What I have done is the following

1) GC Coilover Kit
2) KGB AGX Shocks
3) SGP Tension Rods
4) Stillen Front Upper Control Arms
5) Stillen Rear A-Arms
6) Nutech Rear Swaybar Endlinks
7) Balanced Performance Front Swaybar Endlinks
8) Suspension Techinques Front and Rear Swaybars

Since I did mostly everything at one time its going to be difficult to say what had the most effect.

A couple things to keep in mind are the following

When lowering your car more than say 1" You are going to need front and rear adjustments.

Probably one of the biggest question is "Should I get Ground Control or Eibach" and while Eibach springs do ride well they don't give enough of a drop.

Second biggest question "Can I use Eibach/GC with my stock shocks" and while this is a bit debatable in my experience with Canh's car with Eibach springs and brand new factory shocks I found the car to be too bouncy and not controlled enough. Canh felt the same and has replaced his stock shocks and put in some Tokico's.

Some of the advantages of a Coilover system is being able to corner weight balance the car. My car was balanced to 48% rear and 52% front, and 48% passenger and 52% driver. Some of this is quite logical as the driver side has the driver and ofcourse the steering wheel, the front of course has the engine. In order to properly corner weight balance a car you will need adjustable swaybar endlinks and adjust the suspension of the cars movement to remove as much bind as possible. In my case I had to shim my swaybars so that there was free movement of them.

The drawbacks to the GC kit are that
1) Its not a solid threaded shock..
2) Its alot more difficult of an install than standard shocks and springs
3) And idea coilover setup would have a helper spring.
4) Springs may or may not be properly mated to shocks. (though they are working very with my with KYBs)
5) Standard springs provided with the GC kit maybe to soft for hard core autox's. But are I think just about right for daily driving.

Something that I would like to comment on is that my wheel has been greatly reduced. Enough that I feel confortable doinga burn out without feeling like I am riding jack hammer (which was the case before). Also there is nothing but benefits from a Coilover systems versus a standard and I could never really recommend anything else to anyone else.

I have included some pics and I would like to say that the ground was not completely level.
