Message	trashed 60k mile tt. That's the principal with anything, though. The one you are looking at also appears to be in good condition, which is a plus. As for the fog lights, keep in mind that a lot of people here and other places change out many many things for cosmetics (ie jspecs, front fascia, fogs, etc) If you think they were done to cover something up, ask. Too many questions certainly never hurt anyone (well, not in this case)
