There are about 7-8mm of clearance between the inside of the wheel and the spring. 
The wheels are 18x10.5 +43, which puts the innermost part of the wheel equivalent to an 18x10 +49. I need to do a good test drive tonight; I've also shaved about 4mm from the fender lips, so I believe I've maximized the width in all directions aside from rolling/flare or a WB kit. There may be room for an additional 3mm or so of offset, but that's getting very close to the spring. SS
