Message	We are using a different model of the SPAL fan now and have had no problems with it. Like most retailers here, many of the products we sell are subject to manufacturers warranties. We would be happy to go to bat for you with SPAL who has covered all the legitimate issues we've ever had with any of their fans, including the model you have. However the amount of time that has elapsed since you purchased the fan is going to be a problem when we send it to SPAL and they look at the numbers on it.
