Subject	Ultimate Z in Chicago, did anyone have promblems with them?

Message	I towed my car there July 5th after making an appointment for a tune up and they still have not taken a look at it. I made arrangements with them a week in advance for me to deliver the car and called them almost everyday around noon to check the progress. Generally i get the run around on how they will take a look at it later today. I was just curious if anyone else has or is experiencing the same problem with them. Also are there any other repituatal shops or dealers near Chicago that can tune my z properly. Thanks in advance
