Message in fact, it seems ridiculous that the tank is over 1/4 full when the gauge/light indicate you are almost empty.

AFAIK they all had the same tanks, couldnt see why it would change. When I fill up, the car is right around the 300-320 mark and the light is blaring in my face and the needle is on "E", but the car only takes 14-15 gallons at the most.

When I drove 385 miles on one tank I still only filled ~17.5 gallons IIRC, but the car started buzzing from the fuel tank area so I got worried about pump cavitation and filled it immediately.

I boost often whenever I am in the car (otherwise whats the point?) so this isnt a case of putting around town at 2500rpm, the car will get pretty good mileage unless there is a problem. Injector size won't matter unless you drive at or near WOT everywhere.

Tsk tsk, some people just don't know when to stfu
