Message	it was safe to walk away. (big mistake apparently) The hotel was deserted around the time the auctions were ending. Had I known the guy/gal was lurking somewhere nearby perhaps a gentlemens' agreement could've been struck to split them. I would've been happy snagging just one of the two. Grrr...
