Message	it would be nice if the Ash site ZEM section under downloads functioned as it says in the ZEM manual where it would be a repository of .zem files for people to download and be able to use as a tuning starting point. There likely have been a lot of well tuned files made that would closely suit many applications. I think the Ash product is excellent, just the operations end needs some attention to keep customer happy-factor in stride with product quality as silence to customer requests is a business killer.
