Remove fusible link to de-energize fuel pump. Start car until it sputters out and stalls. Disconnect negative battery terminal and cover with a rag to prevent accidental reconnection. Undo the clasps to the FPR hose with the screwdriver. Remove the FPR. Cut the old hose off the hardpipe (it will probably be stuck on). Replace with new hose. Replace FPR. Replace fusible link. Replace negative battery terminal. Now you are done. Start the car.
