Message	But I noticed that there used to be a time when people would defend them, talking about how good their service was for them. Does that happen still or is it basically pretty much a given that no one will use him now? As for the vendors I have used Concept Z and SpecialtyZ, I've never had any problems at all. I have recieved the absolute best in customer service from both of them. Greg and Seb have given me some extremely valuable advice and Coz is just about the nicest guy on the planet to deal with. At this point, I'm sold on those two. I don't even want to use anyone else.
