Subject	Fuel pressure regular mechanic costs?

Message	Hi, I did a search on this and couldn't find the answer and I'm not too mechanically inclined so I was hoping for advice. My driver's side fuel pressure regulator needs to be replaced along with the 2 hoses it connects to. I was quoted a price of 263 and it sounds a little high. He said the parts are cheap but the labor isn't. Does this sound about right? I think he said the intake manifold has to be taken off.
