This is how it will fit without modifying the ducts
so I cut both ends of the duct and bent them outwards, if left undone the edges will rub against the coil and eventually cut into the aluminum
 
I also added foam insulation to protect the coil as well as prevent air to escape out the sides and forcing it through the center of the IC
And here is what I ended up cutting on the front of the duct instead of follwing the Greddy instructions
