its a little tiny black hose right in front of the balance tube. hooked into some little canister-looking thing. just look in front of the balance tube and look for the smallest rubber hose that is connected to something, but is NOT clamped on (tube just gets pushed on, there should be no clamps to hold it in place). start the engine, and pull itwhen you think you found it. it will kinda mess with the idle a lil bit (do mean little, not much at all) and you will hear a kinda loud hiss. if you get that far, put your finger over one end of the tube (before you disconnect the whole thing) and see if it brings a smooth idle back and stops the hiss. if so, either hide one end of that tube somewhere or take out the whole thing (think its only a few inches). dont know how it drives without that connected, so id try to do it as close as possible to getting inspected again. sorry, dont have a pic (somebody does), but i didnt either when i found it, and i didnt even have anybody try to explin it to me. really not hard to find.
