you need to do all that at once. Break it into a series of mini projects and spread them out over a couple years. Obviously all the engine and turbo items pertaining an engine R&R and teardown need to be lumped together. But the drivetrain items, and the cosmetic items, and the standalone ecu... all that stuff could be done at another time.
