I took my "FE" DxD Full face out yesterday to replace it with our new DXD-FX 6 puck using our new PP design (more on that later) but it is quit the amazing clutch set-up. I measured this "FE" full feramic faced disk when I put it in and it measured at .308" After much street abuse, 25-30 1/4 mile runs launching at anywhere from 6k on up to just floor it and go, 7800rpm or so atleast 15 of these runs were with my ET streets drag slicks. Proof is in the pictures. This clutch will truly last a VERY long time. I have been told by my builder at SBC that they have not seen one worn out yet, Now I believe him with out a doubt. He has told me 150,000-200,000+ miles is not out of reach for this disk. Here the pics. The tighest I could get me calipers in one spot I got it down to .306"

Some pics of the mating surfaces, Flywheel and Pressure plate. No grooves, No cracks, nothing but heat marks were I have abused the shit out of it. This stuff is amazingly easy on the mating surfaces, Another reason why it last so long.

If you have been watching my post latley the new kits we have been working on are ready, Full SFI approved clutch kit, It is looking to be atleast 900TQ capable in a single disk set-up under $600.00. A new post will come soon.
