Message	it every time. I was in the outer banks a couple summers ago when the temp was 95° and the humidity was 90° too. Just stepping outside made the sweat breakout on my arms, let alone doing anything active... like breathing, taking a step, etc. However, when I visited my Dad in Tucson, AZ and the temp was 110° it was no problem dealing with the heat. Felt like 80° does in the Midwest. Just keep the sunscreen handy :-)
