Message naturally aspirated 2+2 300zx (Z31) 5-spd. I was 16 or 17 years old. It was a little dated, but still a nice looking vehicle. It had plenty of power for my age and experience level, and although I already had a decent amount of experience driving a 5 speed, it was good practice. It was a good car (only a few minor maintenance issues), and I learned to work on cars a bit with it. If you like the Z, look into it. You can get the feel of a rear wheel drive car (if you haven't already), and you can enjoy a Z till you're ready to graduate to a TT Z32 (and you will appreciate the difference MUCH more having experience with another earlier model Z).
